- Interface with Contractors on All Projects involving the Common Areas .

- Monthly Inspections of the Common Areas.
- Attend specified BOD Meetings & Annual Meeting.
- Assist in Properly Calling the Annual Meeting and/or Special Owners Meetings.
- Distribute BOD Meeting Minutes in the agreed-upon time frame.

- Notify the association when a change in the law may affect the association’s procedures.
- Annual Training for Board of Directors on Condo Management Issues including insurance, legal, resale, budgeting, etc.
- Records Management & Storage for the Association
- Annual Filings through an attorney with appropriate state agency to keep the association in legal compliance depending on the structure. (i.e. LLC, corporation, etc.)
- Welcome packet to new owners.
- Assist association with arbitrating disputes and enforcing rules and by-laws.
- We will cooperate fully in any review of your financial books.
- A periodic update of the current real estate condo resale market.
- CMA also offers services to unit owner for maintenance and repairs in their units. These will be charged directly to the unit owner retaining us.
- Jan Byrne also offers consulting services are available for associations that don’t want to retain CMA but need assistance with problems/issues they are facing.
